Clients can cancel a booking before a maid has confirmed it at no cost. Once a maid is on the way, please cancel as early as possible so they aren’t travelling unnecessarily. Repeated late cancellations may affect a client’s ability to book on the platform. Maids who repeatedly decline or fail to honour accepted bookings may have their account suspended.
