- Your maid accepts (or you’re notified and can pick another)
- Your maid travels to you and marks themselves on the way
- Your maid arrives – payment unlocks only at this point
- You pay, cleaning begins
- You confirm completion and leave a review
For Maids
- Apply with your details, CV and at least two references
- Upload verification documents (kept private, never public)
- Our team reviews and approves your application
- Set your services, areas and availability
- Receive booking requests and accept the ones that work for you
- Travel to the job, mark yourself on the way and arrived
- Complete the job once payment is confirmed
- Get paid – track your earnings on your dashboard
